Por lo menos una proporción equivalente al quince por ciento (15%) del presupuesto asignado a la pauta oficial de aquellas entidades del Sector Salud tanto de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden Nacional, Departamental y Municipal; como del Sector Descentralizado por Servicios, se destinará a promocionar la donación de órganos y tejidos y a explicar el alcance y naturaleza de la presunción legal de donación.
