En los trámites administrativos de que trata el presente Código se observarán las reglas de procedimiento judicial que sean compatibles con la naturaleza de aquéllos a fin de llenar los vacíos que puedan presentarse. Pero las notificaciones y los recursos se regirán por los artículos 74 y siguientes del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
