Las Sociedades Cooperativas que contra las disposiciones de esta Ley sirvan al público sin dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior y en la regla 9ª del artículo 32, no gozarán de los derechos establecidos en los ordinales 4º y 5º del artículo 7º El Gobierno podrá en tal evento aplicar las sanciones señaladas en los artículos 2º y 5º

Si se comprueba que el hecho, en caso de Infracción, es de la exclusiva responsabilidad de los empleados, sólo éstos serán castigados, sin perjuicio de hacer efectiva la restitución correspondiente.
