º. De los grados. El grado identifica la asignación básica mensual del respectivo empleo y se aplicará para ascender dentro del mismo cargo mediante concurso.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional establecerá el número de grados, por niveles, para cada cargo, así como los requisitos y procedimientos para ascender dentro del mismo cargo.
