En las liquidaciones en que se impongan las sanciones de que habla la disposición anterior, el recargo del 50% establecido por el artículo 10 de la Ley 45 de 1942, se computará siempre sobre la base que se fija en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, es decir, sin tener en cuenta las sanciones.
