ARTICULO 5. La remuneración mínima mensual del Viceprocurador General de la Nación, será de UN MILLON SEISCIENTOS SETENTA Y TRES MIL NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y OCHO PESOS ($1.673.948.00) M/CTE. El sesenta y cuatro por ciento (64%) de esta remuneración tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
