Aprópiase para atender los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1980, una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas y Recursos de Capital del Tesoro de la Nación, determinado en el artículo anterior por el valor de ciento cincuenta y tres mil setecientos noventa y siete millones setecientos sesenta y seis mil pesos (153.797.766.000.00) moneda legal, distribuida entre las distintas ramas del Poder Público, así:
