Parágrafo

Los Niveles Administrativo y Operativo del Sistema de Nomenclatura y Clasificación de Empleos de las entidades territoriales contemplados en el Decreto-ley 1569 de 1998, serán equivalentes al Nivel Asistencial de la Rama Ejecutiva del Orden Nacional.
