DEFINICION DE FALTA DISCIPLINARIA. Constituye falta disciplinaria la conducta de un empleado que abusa de los derechos, incumple los deberes, incurre en las prohibiciones mencionadas en los artículos anteriores, o viola alguna de las disposiciones contenidas en el Título II, Capitulo III de este Decreto. La acción u omisión, según el caso, de tales conductas será objeto de las correspondientes sanciones disciplinarias.
