Operaciones prohibidas. Los factores no podrán

Celebrar contratos, negocios u operaciones para el descuento de flujos futuros ofreciendo bienes, beneficios o intereses indeterminados o que no constituyan una operación de factoring en los términos definidos en el presente decreto;

Ofrecer la asesoría o los servicios relacionados con la adquisición o enajenación de valores inscritos en el registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores, y;

Celebrar contratos de mutuo excediendo los límites establecidos en el Decreto número 1981 de 1988, o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya. (Decreto 2669 de 2012, artículo 13)
