Los fondos de sobrantes de que trata el literal b) y el ordinal penúltimo del artículo 11 del Decreto 2246 de 1962 serán manejados en cada Aduana por una Junta que constituyan los trabajadores de conformidad con las normas de derecho privado que regulan las asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro. Estas Juntas deberán obtener el reconocimiento de personería jurídica.
