Artículo único. Mientras puede tomar posesión del cargo el titular, Sr. Dr. D. Domingo Ospina Camacho, del puesto de Ministro del Despacho en el Departamento administrativo de Instrucción pública, para que fue designado por decreto de fecha 6 de los corrientes, nómbrase para desempeñarlo al Sr, Dr. D. Carlos Martínez Silva, quien se encargará, á la vez, del Despacho del Departamento administrativo del Tesoro, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el mencionado decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
