° Acláranse y modifícanse las Resoluciones números 23 y 30, así: El numeral 546 de la Resolución número 23 quedará asi: "546. Microscopios, teodolitos, brújulas, niveles, copitas de vidrio para ojos, oftalrnoscopios, astereoscopios e instrumental de precisión para profesionales. Se excluyen de este numeral las gafas y lentes con monturas y armaduras y las máquinas para fotografía y sus partes, monóculos y binóculos, inclusive los prismáticos". Los numerales 225 y 361 de la Resolución número 30 quedarán suprimidos. El numeral 385 de la Resolución número 30 quedará: "Planchas de hierro o acero para ropa, excluyendo las de vapor".
