Si el funcionario investigador encontrare que en el desarrollo de la investigación disciplinaria se ha incurrido en alguna irregularidad, procederá a subsanarla antes del cierre de la misma, si ello fuere posible. De lo contrario se reiniciará la investigación en la etapa en que se hubiere producido la irregularidad.
