° Los trabajadores del Banco Central Hipotecario, vinculados en la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Regional y Urbano en el momento de su supresión, a quienes no se les ofrezca un cargo en la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. “Findeter” o que no acepten el ofrecimiento respectivo y cuyo contrato de trabajo tenga que darse por terminado como consecuencia de la supresión de dicha Subgerencia, tendrán derecho a la indemnización prevista para ellos en las normas vigentes.
