° Si los funcionarios encargados de la espedicion de dichas boletas llegaren a hacer esta concesion en favor de individuos que no tengan derecho a ella, o si de la confrontacion que debe verificarse, entre las boletas espedidas i las presentadas al respectivo empleado del ferrocarril, resultare que algún individuo ha obtenido el pasaje grátis mediante la falsificación de la boleta o el uso de cualquier otro medio ilícito, se procederá inmediatamente a la averiguación del hecho i castigo del responsable, conforme a las leyes, i se publicará en el Diario Oficial de la Nación la noticia circunstanciada de lo ocurrido.
