º. Patrimonio . El Patrimonio del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario estará constituido por

Los bienes inmuebles que a la fecha de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto ley se encuentren exclusivamente destinados a servir como sedes administrativas del INPEC, y los bienes muebles, con excepción de los bienes inmuebles destinados a servir como centros de reclusión los que por disposición legal se transfieren en propiedad al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.

Las partidas destinadas dentro del Presupuesto Nacional para atender el funcionamiento y los programas de inversión del Instituto.

Los demás bienes y rentas que el Instituto reciba o adquiera a cualquier título y los que le asignen las leyes.
