Todo explotador está obligado a suministrar al Gobierno los datos técnicos y económicos que éste solicite en relación con la empresa; admitir en sus trabajos a los alumnos de las escuelas oficiales que vayan a estudiar prácticamente la industria de que trata esta Ley, y a emplear en sus explotaciones, en cuanto sea posible, obreros colombianos, en una proporción no menor del cincuenta por ciento (50%).
