Cuando la mercancía abandonada o decomisada no pudiere ser vendida por falta de postores en el remate, o cuando en éste sólo hubiere un postor, o se viere que entre los postores hay acuerdo sospechoso, se suspenderá el remate, o, con la aprobación del Director General, se podrá llevar a otro lugar donde se crea que son más favorables las condiciones para su venta en pública subasta.
