Informe de infracciones de transporte . Los agentes de control levantarán las infracciones a las normas de transporte en el formato que para el efecto reglamentará el Ministerio de Transporte. El informe de esta autoridad se tendrá como prueba para el inicio de la investigación administrativa correspondiente. (Decreto 3366 de 2003, artículo 54).
