° Las decisiones de la Comisión Nacional de Energía serán adoptadas mediante resoluciones suscritas por el Ministro de Minas y Energía, como Presidente, y refrendadas por el Secretario de la Comisión. Contra los actos administrativos de la Comisión sólo procederá el recurso de reposición, que se interpondrá y tramitará con sujeción al Código Contencioso Administrativo.
