Los organismos públicos ejecutores podrán estructurar, adoptar y ejecutar planes colectivos de retiro compensado para los trabajadores que presten sus servicios en actividades de construcción, operación y mantenimiento de los Distritos de Adecuación de Tierras, existentes al momento de la expedición de la presente Ley como también para los que en un futuro se construyan.
