Art. 15. El tanto por ciento de gratificación de los denunciantes y aprehensores será liquidado y entregado por el respectivo Recaudador de la renta, dejando constancia en las diligencias informativas ó dando cuenta al Juez de la causa, y guardando la reserva en cuanto al nombre del denunciante, si éste lo hubiere exigido.
