El Embajador solicitará por escrito, del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, ser recibido en audiencia solemne por el Excelentísimo señor Presidente de la República, con el objeto de presentar sus credenciales, y enviará copia del discurso que habrá de pronunciar en el acto de la recepción, y de la carta de retiro de su antecesor, si fuere el caso.
