Cotizaciones sobre bases menores a las mínimas en el sistema de seguridad social en pensiones . Cuando el valor de la cotización recaudada para el sistema general de pensiones corresponda a un ingreso base inferior a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, el mismo se tendrá como abono a futuras cotizaciones por dicho riesgo. (Decreto número 1406 de 1999, artículo 56).
