Decreto 674 de 1974 · por el cual el Gobierno Nacional asume directamente como deuda pública de la Nación y financia con el Banco de la República la deuda del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario -IDEMA-

º. Para los efectos de financiar la deuda del Instituto de Mercadeo, Agropecuario - IDEMA-, señalada en el artículo primero de este Decreto, el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público celebrará a nombre del Gobierno Nacional con el Banco de la República, el Contrato o los Contratos a que hubiere lugar y demás documentos relativos a su financiación, si fuere necesario.

Parágrafo

La Junta Monetaria fijará las características y de dicha financiación.
