º Compete al Jefe de Personal o a quien haga sus veces en la entidad donde el empleado presta sus servicios, hacer constar bajo la gravedad del juramento que conforme a los documentos que se hayan aportado a la hoja de vida, cumple con los requisitos exigidos para la inscripción en la carrera administrativa. Dicho juramento se entenderá prestado con la firma de la correspondiente constancia.
