º . En el ejercicio profesional el Agente de Viajes actuará respetando las normas establecidas en la Constitución y conforme a las leyes de la República. Su actividad se entiende como de interés público, por lo tanto deberá obrar de acuerdo con los postulados de la moral, la buena fe, y con diligencia y eficacia en la prestación del servicio, procurando la defensa de los intereses del usuario.
