ARTICULO 314 . Intangibilidad de las garantías constitucionales . Las pruebas y actuaciones que realice la policía judicial, por iniciativa propia o mediante comisión, deberán ser efectuadas con acatamiento estricto de las garantías constitucionales y legales. Los sujetos procesales tendrán las mismas facultades y derechos que les otorga la ley ante los funcionarios judiciales.
