Empleados con diez y ocho (18) años de servicios . Los empleados oficiales en servicio activo que el día veintiséis (26) de diciembre de mil novecientos sesenta y ocho (1968), fecha de vigencia del Decreto Legislativo 3135 del año citado, hubieren cumplido diez y ocho (18) años de servicios, continua o discontinuamente, tendrán derecho a la pensión de jubilación al cumplir los veinte (20) años de servicios requeridos y cincuenta (50) años de edad, cualesquiera sea su sexo.
