Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de promulgación del Decreto mediante el cual se adopte la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
