TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo3º. Mecanismo para acreditar la situación jurídica consolidada o la expectativa legítima. Para efectos de lo previsto en el numeral 3 del artículo 2º del presente decreto, se podrá adelantar el procedimiento de registro digital en donde los interesados podrán acreditar expectativas legítimas o situaciones jurídicas consolidadas en la página web del Ministerio Industria y Comercio. Dicho registro será reglamentado posterior a la entrada en vigencia de este decreto, previo a la presentación de la Solicitud de Autorización de Embarque.

Dicho registro será reglamentado por el Ministerio de Industria y Turismo y en éste deberá permitir la acreditación de requisitos y documentos que evidencien las circunstancias a la que se refiere el numeral 3 del artículo 2º del presente decreto.
