Lemas Comerciales. La solicitud de registro de un lema comercial deberá cumplir los requisitos previstos para el registro de marcas tanto en la Decisión 313 como en el presente reglamento, indicando además los datos referentes al número del expediente correspondiente o del registro de la marca con la cual se usará el lema. En este caso sólo procederán observaciones respecto del lema que se pretende registrar.
