El sorteo que la Lotería de Beneficencia de Cúcuta efectué en virtud de la autorización dada por la presente Ley, queda exento de todo impuesto de carácter nacional, departamental o municipal , siendo libre en todo el territorio de la Republica la venta de los respectivos billetes.
