Cuando el tiempo de servicio sea inferior a veinticinco años y mayor de quince, y el Oficial se inutilizare por accidente o enfermedad contraída en el servicio y por causa de él tendrá derecho a una pensión igual a la tercera parte de su sueldo mientras dure el impedimento para el servicio.

Parágrafo

Sí se declarare invalidez absoluta, la pensión será la que corresponda a los veinticinco años de servicio.
