Requisitos formales. Los aspectos formales a los cuales se refiere el artículo 79 de la Decisión son los establecidos en los artículos 76 y 77 de la misma, así como los previstos en el artículo anterior. Lo anterior debe entenderse sin perjuicio de la simple verificación de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 76 de la Decisión 313, cuya ausencia supondrá que la solicitud no sea admitida a trámite.
