LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2º Factor prestacional para efectos tributarios. Para determinar el factor prestacional no gravado del salario integral, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 26 del Decreto 836 de 1991, se entienden como prestaciones sociales las siguientes: el auxilio de cesantías y sus intereses, la prima legal de servicios, el suministro legal del calzado y vestido de labor y el auxilio legal de transporte.

Cuando el factor prestacional así calculado fuere inferior al 30%, se aplicará este último porcentaje como valor no gravado del salario integral.
