A.4. Priorización para el acotamiento de rondas hídricas. Las autoridades ambientales competentes deberán definir el orden de prioridades para el inicio del acotamiento de las rondas hídricas en su jurisdicción, teniendo en cuenta para el efecto lo dispuesto en la “Guía Técnica de Criterios para el Acotamiento de las Rondas Hídricas en Colombia”.
