El fondo liquidará y distribuirá periódicamente en efectivo o abonará en la respectiva libreta, a opción del beneficiario y en parte alícuotas, el monto integro de los intereses o dividendos acumulados durante el respectivo periodo, después de descontar los gastos de administración que serán fijados por la Junta Directiva y que en ningún caso deberán pasar del tres por ciento (3%) del total de los ingresos.
