º La educación superior se ofrece a quienes acrediten la calidad de bachiller en cualquiera de sus modalidades y conduce a la obtención de títulos en las modalidades educativas de Formación Intermedia Profesional, Formación Tecnológica, Formación Universitaria y Formación Avanzada o de Postgrado o a la acumulación de derechos académicos con las limitaciones establecidas en los artículos 29, 35 y 37 del Decreto-ley 80 de 1980.
