Estos grupos constarán de individuos que al mismo tiempo que sirvan al Gobierno en el ramo indicado, deberán dedicarse al cultivo de la tierra y demás oficios necesarios en aquellos lugares, con derecho a que se les adjudique el terreno que cultiven y la cantidad más que les corresponda conforme a las leyes vigentes.
