Cálculo del derecho variable adicional para productos marcadores . Cuando el Precio de Referencia CIF de un producto marcador sea inferior al Precio Piso CIF de su franja, el derecho variable adicional será la diferencia entre los dos, multiplicada por uno más la tasa del arancel ad-valorem y dividida por su respectivo Precio de Referencia CIF. Este resultado se multiplicará por cien.
