Los Jueces Superiores de Distrito Judicial en los negocios de su competencia, calificaran el merito del sumario llamando a juicio al sindicado o sobreseyendo en favor de este de conformidad con las reglas fijadas por los artículos 1627 o 1628 del Código Judicial en los casos que en ellos se contemplan. Queda en consecuencia suprimido el Jurado de Acusación.
