º. La Comisión tendrá un término de un año a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y la presentación de las recomendaciones respectivas. El apoyo administrativo y técnico lo hará el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
