º El memorial contendrá

Designación de la persona para la cual se pide y calidad con que obra el peticionario;

Relación pormenorizada de los bienes constitutivos del good-will, comprobándolos hasta donde fuere posible.

Cálculos previos usados por el adquirente y cedente para determinar su valor, datos tenidos en cuenta, cifras correspondientes, así como también las fórmulas, datos y cifras analizadas por las personas que intervinieron para fijar ese valor, en caso de que se hubiere recurrido a dictamen de terceros.
