En la cabecera del Distrito Judicial de Quibdó habrá un tribunal con el siguiente personal: tres Magistrados, tres Escribientes, Auxiliares de estos, un Secretario, un Oficial Mayor, un Escribiente de Secretaria y un Portero.

Las asignaciones del personal de este Tribunal serán las mismas señaladas a los demás de su clase.
