Con el propósito de promover el buen gobierno en la ejecución de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, se podrá establecer un esquema de incentivos, sustentado en la eficiencia y eficacia en la ejecución de los recursos, para lo cual se tendrán en cuenta los resultados del seguimiento, control y evaluación. La metodología para elegir los incentivos estará a cargo de la Comisión Rectora del Sistema General de Regalías.
