° SON TEMPORALES: -Los empleados públicos con categoría de especialistas del primer grupo, de acuerdo con el artículo 10 del Decreto 2247 de 1984, de tiempo completo al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, con un mínimo de diez (10) años de servicio continuo, previa solicitud aprobada por la Junta Directiva del Club.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por tiempo completo, la prestación de servicios en cualquiera de las dependencias del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional en jornada no inferior a cuatro (4) horas diarias.
