Son funciones del 2.° Jefe, como Fiscal del Cuerpo : Promover las reuniones ordinarias del Consejo administrativo, en los días en que deban formarse libranzas, y las extraordinarias siempre que á su juicio sean necesarias ; Presentar al Consejo en cada reunión la situación del Cuerpo, para la formación del respectivo Presupuesto ; Llevar los libros "Anotador de libranzas" (Modelo número I) y de "Actas del Consejo " : y Presenciar personalmente ó por medio de un Ayudante el pago de las raciones de la tropa.
