Excepciones al retiro por disminución de la capacidad psicofísica . No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, se podrá mantener en servicio activo a aquel personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que por su trayectoria profesional lo merezca y sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechadas en actividades administrativas o docentes.
